Pavel Starodubtsev was born in Yeniseysk, Russia. He graduated from the University of Technology and Management in the Food Industry and specialized in integrating creative methods, strategic thinking and business objectives. Since 2017 he has has been working in the studio of Artemy Lebedev where he founded the Strategy Department. Through a multidisciplinary approach, he and his team develop the studio's business, including client business strategies, start-ups advisories and the organization of research projects. He also lectures and teaches iin workshops, where he incorporates concepts such as contemporary art objects, organization of exhibitions and the production of video content.
